Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead the discovery and requirements definition for transitioning from a traditional sole-sourced managed service environment to a Service Integration and Management (SIAM)-based Multi-Vendor Environment (MVE). This role is pivotal in developing and creating the future of service delivery by establishing the foundational business and technical requirements for a federated, integrated service model. Working at the intersection of business strategy, service management, and technology, you will engage stakeholders across the enterprise to enable the transition from current-state operations, define future-state requirements, and support the implementation of a SIAM-aligned operating model. This is a unique opportunity to influence transformational change in a complex, multi-supplier environment. 1 x 6-month and 1 x 12-month opportunity are available. Key Responsibilities Lead stakeholder engagement to capture and validate business, operational, and technical requirements for SIAM transition. Analyse service delivery models, contracts, and performance frameworks to identify gaps and requirements for multi-vendor integration. Define and document future-state onboarding service management processes, roles, and governance structures aligned to SIAM principles. Facilitate workshops and working groups to co-design service boundaries, integration points, and retained capabilities. Collaborate with service management teams to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Develop transition onboarding roadmaps, and change impact analyses to support program planning. Support the capture of requirements for Service Management tooling, reporting frameworks, and service performance metrics. Document business requirements, process flows, user stories, and system specifications to inform onboarding packs. Contribute to the development of service catalogues, RACI models, and contractual interface definitions. Provide insights and recommendations on governance, performance monitoring, and cross-provider collaboration models. Prepare high-quality documentation, presentations, and for provision and use by relevant stakeholders. Design and develop training collateral to support stakeholder education and enablement during the transition, including guides, presentations, and onboarding materials. Support the delivery of training sessions and knowledge transfer activities across business and technical teams. Skills & Experience Required 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in IT Service Management, Transformation, or Strategic Programs. Demonstrated experience in transitioning or operating within SIAM or multi-supplier service environments. Strong understanding of service integration principles, retained organisation functions, and supplier governance. Proven ability to analyse and redesign service delivery models, including contractual and operational interfaces. Skilled in requirements elicitation, stakeholder engagement, and business process modelling. Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with experience leading workshops and cross-functional discussions. Experience with ITSM frameworks (e.g., ITIL), service performance reporting, and tooling selection. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) and business analysis tools. Experience in developing training materials and delivering stakeholder education programs. Familiarity with project methodologies such as Agile, PRINCE2, or PMBOK. Desirable Skills Deep understanding of SIAM roles (Service Integrator, Service Provider, Retained Organisation) and their interactions. Experience in large-scale transformation programs within federated or government/shared services environments. Exposure to service catalogue development, service level management, and multi-supplier performance frameworks. Please apply now.
