YOUR MISSIONIf You ArePassionate about a career in business controlling and about developing your financial and commercial mindset, willing to understand the business of a well-known brandResults-driven, proactive and willing to work with numerous stakeholders in a fast-paced, diverse and challenging environmentA real team player who enjoys sharing and communicatingThen, you must be the right candidate to join our Swiss controlling team as Senior Business Controller for prestigious Jewellery and Watchmaking Maisons such as Van Cleef and Arpels!You Will Be Successful In The Role ByActing as the local Finance business partner for 3 Maisons, including Van Cleef and Arpels, to comment and act on the financial performance and providing them support in order to facilitate appropriate decision makingBeing part of the local executive committee of Van Cleef and Arpels where you will bring your insights on the operations and the strategy of the Maison for the Swiss market. Leading the budget process for your 3 Maisons in collaboration with local commercial teams and Headquarter and following-up on deviations vs planParticipating to the monthly closings and be the finance referentYour Future Peers And ColleaguesThe controlling team you will be part of, is dynamic, digital oriented, dedicated and always open to new ideasYou will work closely with the Richemont Group at market, regional and Group level. The market level includes daily relationships with the head of controlling, the controlling department, the retail and accounting departments and the CFO. You will interact daily with the local management of your Maisons including the office teams and local excos of the Swiss market for your respective Maisons. You will also have regular exchanges with the European instances and the finance headquarters of the Maisons. Your CompetenciesYou hold a Master degree or equivalent in an analytics-related field (management, marketing, economics)You have 8 to 10 years of work experience in finance (audit or controlling)You are agile, committed, autonomous and have a continuous improvement mindsetYour values are aligned with excellence, empathy, integrity, collaboration and courageYou are fluent in English and French. German is a strong plus. SAP, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint have no secret for you. Automated and digital skills are appreciated (Power Apps, Knime, Looker etc.)
