Our team combines strong expertise in finance, programming, and a deep understanding of global markets to develop data-driven strategies designed to perform reliably in a rapidly evolving environment.About the RoleAs Business Developer Sales, you are the commercial face of LM5 Capital in the Netherlands. You will build relationships with business clubs, social networks, high-net-worth individuals, affluent entrepreneurs, and family offices and drive growth of the Gemini Fund. You will also attend conferences and other events.Key ResponsibilitiesActively acquire new investors for the Gemini Fund in the Netherlands.Build and maintain a strong network within the target group (HNWIs, entrepreneurs, family offices).Advise on and compellingly present the fund proposition, including our distinctive delta-neutral strategy and track record.Represent LM5 Capital at events, seminars, and exclusive gatherings.Collaborate with the investment team to ensure commercial opportunities are fully leveraged.Your ProfileProven success in sales, business development, or client acquisition within financial services (e.g., private banking, wealth management, alternative investments).Existing network in the Netherlands within the target group.Knowledge of relevant regulations (AFM, MiFID) is a plus.Entrepreneurial, results-oriented, and strong communicator.Affinity with digital assets or alternative investments is a plus, but not required.What We OfferContract with a competitive base salary and a bonus scheme based on a percentage of newly raised capital.Flexible work model: partly from our Amsterdam office (Amstel Station), partly remote.Option for full-time or part-time.The opportunity to work with one of the best-performing delta-neutral funds in the Netherlands.Growth perspective: focus on the Netherlands with potential to expand into international markets later.How to ApplySend your CV and motivation letter to jobs@lm5capital.com.
