Senior Business Development

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Business Development to join our growing team at Dinos. In this role, you’ll identify new business opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and drive high-impact deals that expand our client base. This is a key role with the opportunity to shape our growth trajectory and contribute directly to the company’s long-term success.1/RESPONSIBILITIESIdentify target customers and Business opportunities.Lead end to end sale process: find lead, pitch, negotiate, close deal, and keeping long term relationships.Consult and tailor Affiliate program solution that align with the customer's business goals. Collaborate closely with internal team to ensure campaigns run properly. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking. Proposed to BOD actionable business strategies and facilitated crossdepartmental implementation Contribute to the development of sales materials, pitch decks, case studies, and internal documentation to support business development eorts. Mentor or support junior sales team members when needed.2/JOB REQUIREMENTSMUST HAVE At least 3 years of work experience in Business Development B2B. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills. Proactive, self-driven, able to manage multiple deals independently under pressure.Keep up with the flexible and versatile schedule to follow with both domestic and international customers. A keen commercial awareness to identify and develop opportunities for successful collaborations. Communicate well in English. GOOD TO HAVE Strong knowledge and connections in Banking, Finance, Marketing are preferred. Good in using Microsoft Office and related software. Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills. 3/BENEFITS SALARY AND BENEFITS PACKAGEBase salary is about 1000$ with uncapped commission scheme. Meal (55.000 VNĐ/day), mobile phone allowance. Probationary: 100% salary Social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance will be by the Labor Law.
