Senior Business Development Executive Location: Cairo, Egypt | Employment Type: Full-time, HybridReports to: Head of Business DevelopmentAbout BrightnBrightn Consulting & Talent Development is a leading corporate training and consulting firm that helps organizations elevate their people, strengthen leadership, and achieve sustainable performance.We’re looking for a Senior Business Development to drive sales growth, build strategic partnerships, and lead a results-driven team that delivers tailored training and talent development solutions to corporate clients.Key Responsibilities1. Corporate Sales & Client AcquisitionBuild and grow strong B2B client relationships aligned with Brightn’s training solutions.Generate and convert leads through outreach, referrals, and digital channels.Conduct discovery meetings, prepare proposals, and present tailored solutions.Lead negotiations, handle objections, and close deals effectively.Promote and convert leads for open B2C courses.Maintain a strong CRM pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Ensure seamless coordination with operations after deal closure.Follow up on client payments and manage collections.Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.Prepare client reports and ensure full satisfaction post-delivery.2. Team LeadershipLead, motivate, and support the BD team to achieve sales and growth targets.Set team objectives, track performance, and attend client meetings when needed.Conduct regular team check-ins to review progress and share best practices.Coach and mentor team members on negotiation, sales, and client management.Foster a positive, collaborative, and performance-driven culture.3.
