With strong operations in APAC and EMEA, we are now expanding aggressively in Africa, aiming to build a local presence and strengthen partnerships across the continent.About the Role: We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to join our Lagos office and lead PU Prime’s growth across Africa. This strategic role focuses on managing IBs, affiliates, and local partnerships, driving client acquisition, and expanding our footprint in key African markets.Responsibilities:Identify, onboard, and manage IB and affiliate partnerships across Nigeria and Africa.Drive client outsourcing, lead generation, and partner driven acquisition.Monitor, track, and report on partner performance with actionable insights.Build and maintain strong, long term relationships with partners.Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and African regulatory frameworks in Forex and CFD markets.Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design and execute regional growth strategies.Qualifications:Proven experience in business development, partnership management, or sales, preferably in Forex/CFDs.Must have own IBs, own clients, and own portfolio to bring into PU Prime.Strong performance track record, with past 3 months sales / trading performance data available.Strong ability to balance relationship building with achieving targets.Deep knowledge of CFDs, Forex, and online trading platforms preferred.Self-motivated, target driven, and able to operate in a fast-paced onsite environment.Fluency in English additional African languages are a plus.Willingness to travel within Africa for business development activities.Pay range and compensation package: Competitive base salary with commissions and bonus structure uncapped earning potential.
