BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date.Expected Duration: 6 MonthsJob Type: [FULL TIME (>=40 HRS WEEKLY)Pay Range: $45/hr. - $55/hr.Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced SSRS Report Developer to design, build, and customize reports using SSRS. The ideal candidate will quickly understand complex database schemas and leverage that knowledge to develop SSRS Reports, SQL Stored Procedures, and SQL Views.Skills & Experience Required:1–3 years of Electronic Health Record (EHR) report development3–5 years of SSRS report developmentFamiliarity with EHR databasesProficient in SQL Server: View/Stored Procedure DevelopmentExperience with source control tools, preferably GitHubKnowledge of at least one of the following tools:SQL Management StudioAzure Data StudioVisual Studio Code (VS Code)Visual StudioStrong communication and interpersonal skillsReceptive to feedback and able to implement changes effectivelyExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to learn relational database structures, software applications, tools, and concepts quicklyAbility to work independently and collaborativelyStrong documentation and record-keeping skillsEffective cross-functional communicationAbility to contribute to process improvementsKey Responsibilities:Quickly learn and apply new information, tools, and processesDevelop, customize, and maintain SSRS reports and SQL queriesExecute tasks independently while maintaining high-quality standardsCollaborate with team members and leadership to achieve project goalsIdentify opportunities for process improvements and contribute ideasMaintain accurate records and documentationCommunicate effectively across departments and with internal stakeholdersBenefits:We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance to support employees' health and well-being.
