We deliver premium entertainment content including award-winning Viu Originals through both ad-supported and premium subscription tiers.Our platform reaches millions of users via mobile apps (iOS and Android), smart TVs, and web browsers at www.viu.com, offering localized content with multiple language options and subtitles.The RoleWe're seeking an experienced Senior Manager to accelerate the growth of Viu's direct-to-consumer (D2C) subscription business in Indonesia. You'll be responsible for driving revenue across multiple channels and optimizing the entire subscriber lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue Growth & OptimizationDrive subscription revenue growth across all D2C channels, including in-app purchases (IAP), web payments, third-party storefronts, and non-telco partnership bundlesDevelop and execute data-driven strategies to maximize ARPU, reduce churn, and increase customer lifetime valuePartnership DevelopmentExpand and optimize existing partnerships with e-wallets, banks, e-commerce platforms, and retail channelsIdentify and develop new strategic partnerships with OEMs (smartphones, smart TVs, tablets) and other digital ecosystem playersPerformance ManagementOwn KPIs including revenue, paid subscribers, ARPU, churn rate, and LTV by verticalBuild financial models to evaluate opportunities, forecast and track business outcomesConduct regular analysis of business performance with cross-functional stakeholders and implement optimization strategiesWhat You'll BringEssential RequirementsMinimum 8 years of monetization experience in digital premium content (streaming, gaming, other digital services) within principal organization and/or digital ecosystem partners like telco/ISP/e-walletProven track record of exceeding consumer subscription growth targetsDeep understanding of Indonesia's digital services and digital payments ecosystem, with established relationships across potential D2C partnersStrong analytical capabilities with proficiency in Excel for business modelingData-driven decision-making approach with ability to quantify outcomes and track impactDemonstrated success influencing and collaborating across multiple organizational functionsFluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken)PlusPassion for Korean and Asian drama content
