You will have the opportunity to discuss details in the interview.About The RoleTo establish exceptional customer service to both customers and BSC employees, ensuring that Intake projects on new service lines are launched successfully.You're Responsibilities IncludeLead creation of new Service Lines in Commercial Support teamManage projects (with support of other team members) to ensure timeliness and quality.Drive process mapping to document processes.Actively participate in creating and maintaining documentation for department’s Work Instructions (WI).Design alternative solutions or improve services to drive efficiencies.Act as a temporary Lead, being point of contact for new teams being created.Perform complex assignments related to creation of process, process improvements such as analyzing data and other documents for accuracy and reasonableness.Develop quarterly goals that are (SMART) and design ways to meet them.Create key performance indicator for departments to measure: Volume, Service level, quality, capacity and customer satisfaction among others.Perform monthly quarterly reviews with Manager and Director.Assist and design training and providing further knowledge to personnel.Research, follow-up, and resolve customer and employee inquiries.What We’re Looking ForBachelor's degree in: Business Administration, Industrial Engineer or an equivalent combination of education and experience.English Level desired: Advanced.Experience: 5 years.Desired knowledge:Excel.Power Point.Managed people directly or indirectly (Nice to have).Project Management (Nice to have).Experience in managing Service Lines (Nice to have).Requisition ID: 617877As a leader in medical science for more than 40 years, we are committed to solving the challenges that matter most – united by a deep caring for human life.
