The role is permanent and based in Stockholm.About Our TeamMeet the BCCM Process, Oversight and Controls team. Our role is to embed resilience in establishing robust rules, controls and proactive reporting to manage and mitigate continuity risks effectively and ensure operational resilience within the BCCM risk framework.Our team is international with diverse backgrounds, and we are currently based in both Sweden and Finland. We are looking for a Business Risk Manager with a focus on risk mitigation key initiatives. The role will be a key pillar in the resilience efficiency objectives for BCCM risk in Nordea Group.Collaboration. Ownership. Passion. Courage. These are the values that guide us in how we work and how we make decisions – and that we imagine you share with us. Main Responsibilities In This RoleCoordinate and facilitate the planning and execution of BCCM & R Group key initiatives essential for BCCM Risk mitigation across NordeaIssue management such as ECB findings, reinforcement of the recurring testing for key controls & non key controls and cross department project management with impact on BCCM Risk mitigationFoster and build strong stakeholder relationships and network across department initiatives as well as in Nordea Group as a whole, to ensure strong alignment and deliveries on key projectsIndependently lead deliveries, projects and initiatives while proactively following up on actions that are necessary for a successful completionWho You AreThis is the right role for you if you:Demonstrate a structured logical thinking and are comfortable working with complex assignmentsHave a strong risk, compliance and solution-oriented mindsetHave advanced communication skills with strong focus on attentive listeningHave a proven record of effective cooperation across teams and levels of managementYour Background And Skills IncludeProject management skills with a track record of successfully leading and delivering on complex projectsProven experience within a business area of the banking sector, demonstrating a deep understanding of banking operations and cultureExperience working in a “three lines of defence risk and control environment” It Would Be Ideal If You Also HaveKnowledge of working with audit/assurance/oversight functions is considered as advantage (e.g. Group Internal Audit or 2nd Line of Defence)What We OfferPeople come here when they want to get somewhere.
