Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, but also working closely with the CFO and VP Business Control — driving financial performance, reporting, shaping the company’s investor story, and strengthening its capital structure as we continue to grow.Key ResponsibilitiesThrough analysis of financial and operational data, contribute to improving both top- and bottom-line performance across the companyCraft visually engaging materials for the board, as well as for debt- and equity investorsSupport the company's liquidity and leverage forecasting models, providing data-driven recommendations to executive managementCoordinate monthly business reviews and support management reporting to ensure clear performance narratives and actionable insights Develop and analyse company KPIs, and contribute to the continued improvement of the company’s KPI dashboard, ensuring data accuracy and relevanceLead initiatives to enhance cash efficiency and optimize the company's capital structureSupport the budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business objectivesYour ProfileYou will be a key player in our team with high exposure to executive management and our Private Equity owners.
