As a lighthouse tech company, it continues to create an environment where people can thrive and contribute meaningfully to the transformation of real estate in MENA.Job Title: Senior Category Procurement Manager - Tech & ProductDepartment: ProcurementLocation: Dubai, UAEReporting To: Procurement DirectorSummary:The Senior Procurement Manager will play a critical role in leading operational sourcing initiatives across Property Finder’s technology and digital ecosystem. This includes managing procurement categories such as Software, SaaS Platforms, Cloud Services, IT Infrastructure, Licenses, App Environment Suppliers, and Technology-Enabled Business Services. The role will ensure the effective execution of sourcing and vendor strategies defined by the Procurement Director, while driving operational excellence, cost efficiency, and digital innovation.Key Responsibilities: Supplier Management & NegotiationDevelop strong supplier relationships, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) and KPIs are met. Lead key contract negotiations, renewals, and performance reviews with strategic suppliers. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and resolve supplier-related issues proactively. Procurement ExcellenceOversee procurement compliance across processes, systems and company policy. Ensure accuracy and visibility of spend data to support strategic decision-making. Collaborate with, Tech, Finance and Legal department to ensure end-to-end risk and contract management. Data & Performance ManagementAnalyze procurement data to identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiency, and risk mitigation. Track performance against procurement KPIs and regularly report progress to the Procurement Director. Required Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA/ CIPS certification is a must. 5+ years of experience in procurement, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Experience in Tech and digital categoryProven experience managing marketing, technology, or business services categories. Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
