Job Description

Role Purpose To lead and drive strategic change initiatives across the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and fostering a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Lead the application of structured change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR) across complex projects and programs. Develop and implement comprehensive change strategies, including: Rollout Plan, Transition Plan, Sponsor Plan, People Manager Plan, Communications Plan, Training Plan, Resistance Management Plan (as needed). Conduct impact analyses, stakeholder mapping, and readiness assessments. Design and oversee communication and engagement strategies. Support and coach senior leaders and people managers to fulfill change leadership roles. Collaborate with HR, L&D, and other specialists to align change efforts. Define and track success metrics, monitor change progress, and report outcomes. Support organizational design and role definition as part of transformation efforts. Manage stakeholder relationships and facilitate feedback loops. Lead efforts to build organizational change management capability and maturity. Design and implement frameworks, toolkits, and learning programs to support change leadership. Champion change management best practices across functions and teams. Mentor and coach change agents and practitioners to strengthen internal capability. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Business, or related field. Minimum 8 years of experience in change management, with exposure to enterprise-wide initiatives. Prosci Change Management Certification required.
