Job Description

Responsibilities:Lead the development, establishment, and management of the distributor network for GEO-related product lines in the German market.Drive regional market growth and fully empower channel partners.Provide comprehensive technical training, sales support, and market development assistance to distributor partners.Actively represent the company at key industry events to enhance channel influence and brand awareness.Responsible for the development and management of select key representative accounts to deepen market understanding and gain in-depth customer insights.Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of experience in channel sales, distributor management, or business development within relevant industries (e.g., M3D, Surveying, GNSS).Extensive proven experience and established channel resources in successfully developing, expanding, and managing distributor networks in the DACH region.Strong capabilities in empowering distributors, including technical training, sales support, and joint market development.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a particular strength in collaborating with channel partners.Native-level German proficiency with English at B2 level or above.Work Location:Frankfurt, Germany
