The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the server, storage, and AI infrastructure markets, with proven success in building and managing strong channel partnerships. This role will focus on developing go-to-market strategies, driving channel sales performance, and fostering long-term ecosystem growth through close collaboration with distributors, system integrators, and ISV/ISP partners. The Senior Channel Manager will work cross-functionally with the sales and product teams to accelerate market expansion and deliver sustained revenue growth.Key Responsibilities:Channel Sales Achievement:1.Drive Kaytus server business growth in Korea through effective channel management and sales execution.2.Develop and manage a clear partner ecosystem including distributors, ISPs, ISVs, and system integrators.3.Implement channel strategies covering partner KPI setting, sales planning, rebate and inventory policy, and market development fund (MDF) operation.4.Continuously align and adjust channel strategy in accordance with company’s business priorities and market conditions.Channel Development and Management:1.Identify, evaluate, and recruit new channel partners; strengthen relationships with existing partners.2.Conduct partner performance reviews, manage channel conflicts, and implement enablement programs to enhance partner capability and loyalty.Joint Business Development, OEM, and Market Expansion: 1.Plan and execute joint marketing activities, workshops, and solution promotions with partners.2.Support opportunity creation and pipeline management across major customer segments.Promote channel ecosystem development and long-term cooperation with key partners.Qualifications:1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.2.Minimum 15 years of experience in IT hardware, preferably in global server vendors, system integrators, or data center solution providers.3.Deep understanding of the server market ecosystem, including OEM/ODM structures, and verifiable achievements in ecosystem building.4.Strong network and relationships within the Korean IT and server partner landscape.Excellent business acumen, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.5.Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.6.Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently and in a team environment.7.Native Korean fluency and professional working proficiency in English.
