So, when you say hello to us, you are really empowered to say…“Hello BIG Possibilities”.Make an Impact by 2.Incentive & Commission Management 1.Reporting & Analytics 2.System Administration & Process Improvement 3.Cross-Functional Collaboration Order Processing Coordinate with Sales to ensure contracts and order forms are complete and compliant Monitor fulfilment workflows; liaise with order fulfilment and delivery team to resolve discrepancies Administer partner incentive programs according to defined guidelines Track fund allocations, approvals, and payouts; ensure timely disbursement and reconciliation Analyze program utilization and recommend optimizations to improve ROI and partner engagement Produce weekly/monthly channel sales dashboards: revenue by partner, pipeline health, registration conversion Maintain and distribute ad-hoc reports for leadership: incentive forecasts, partner scorecards, churn analysis Identify process bottlenecks or data quality issues; propose and implement corrective actions Act as first-line support for PRM/CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, PartnerPortal): user setup, permissions, data hygiene Document and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) for channel operations workflows Lead small projects to automate repetitive tasks (e.g., rebate calculations, report generation) Work with Marketing to ensure partner access to promotions, leads, and co-branding assets Support Partner Enablement team with onboarding metrics, training completions, and certification records Liaise with Channel Sales Managers to facilitate smooth handoffs and address partner-reported issue Skills For Success Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, or related field 2–4 years of sales operations, channel operations, or related experience, ideally in telecom/technology Strong proficiency in CRM/PRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Excel/Power BI Detail-oriented with an analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills Effective communicator with the ability to translate data into clear insights Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines Basic Office Skills (Powerpoint, excel) Data Accuracy & Attention to Detail Process Orientation & Documentation Analytical Thinking & Reporting Cross-Functional Teamwork Proactivity & Continuous Improvement Rewards that Go Beyond Flexible work arrangements Full suite of health and wellness benefits Ongoing training and development programs Internal mobility opportunities Are you ready to say hello to BIG Possibilities?Take the leap with Singtel to unlock new opportunities and accelerate your growth.
