About The JobWe have an incredible opportunity for a Senior Client Advisor based in our premier concession in Brown Thomas, Dublin. This is a Full-Time, senior level role (Assistant Store Manager level).As a Senior Client Advisor, you will be an ambassador of the Brand, ensuring that every Client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton promise. You will strive to discover your Clients and their every need, and to guide them across the Brand.You will be a role model to the team, and will support your Team Manager in operational duties.Job responsibilitiesBe an Exceptional Client Advisor, and a Role Model for the TeamAchieve individual and team objectives, be accountable for sales results and support the team in their salesWelcome every Client and enhance their experience, advise Clients across the Brand and all product categoriesDemonstrate sales leadership and advanced clienteling skills, leveraging the different tools available to develop existing and recruit new Clients and build long term Client relationshipsDevelop the highest standards of Brand and product knowledgePerform as a team-player, participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the storeRespect Louis Vuitton Brand standards in terms of grooming and behaviorProactively Support the Team Managers in Establishing a Client Centric Mindset within the TeamAssist Management in daily operations: floor management and opening / closing dutiesSupport the Team / Store Manager in developing the team through mentoring and /or buddy system as well as the integration of new comerDemonstrate a thorough understanding of the company’s policies and provide support to other Client Advisors when needeHelp develop new starters. Supporting Management and Learning ManagerObserve Daily Planner and maintain management plan for the day.Organise re-training with the team collaborating with the Field Coach Trainer. Update clientelling board regularly and ensure team are using allocated clientelling time wisely.Champion a Product CategoryBe the store point of reference to the Country Merchandising team, providing them with feedback (product performance, quality, Client related information, local market, competitors, trends, missing opportunities…)Act with a close partnership approach during key events such as new launches, special animations and eventsReference LVM30148
