This critical role is centered on delivering sophisticated risk management and comprehensive insurance solutions for complex energy, power, and infrastructure clients.How You'll Make An ImpactThe Senior Client Service Executive is accountable for expanding existing relationships and delivering high quality and efficient service to both internal and external clients through the day-to-day account management of an assigned group of client accounts within a Branch. This role directly contributes to key business outcomes such as revenue growth, client retention, client satisfaction, enhancing AJG’s value to our clients and prospects, achieving operating/margin targets and fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement.The Senior Client Service Executive's primary areas of focus are; Supporting the business priorities of Branch Managers, Production team members, and the client service function, Growing revenue by successfully counseling clients on additional lines of insurance or limit increases that should be considered based on the details of each client's unique exposure to risk, Delivering high quality client service consistent with AJG operational standards and practices, and Achieving operational productivity and performance metrics consistently.Further responsibilities include; Growing and profitably managing an assigned group of client accounts successfully, Building relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional ongoing customer care, Seeking referrals from current client base to solicit new business prospects, and Securing existing business and actively driving the sale of additional services and lines of coverage.The Senior Client Executive role is dynamic, demanding a comprehensive skill set to manage the full client relationship and risk program lifecycle.Key daily activities include:Risk Program Management: Implementing and meticulously managing complex insurance and risk programs for our energy, power, and infrastructure clients. This involves providing advice, executing policy placement, engaging with global reinsurers and insurers, and overseeing claims administration and all necessary documentation. Internal Coordination: Serving as the central point of contact, ensuring seamless communication and coordination between clients and critical internal Gallagher departments, such as Claims, Finance, and others. Business Development & Sales: Proactively executing sales and marketing strategies for Gallagher products. This includes generating new business opportunities, actively pursuing client acquisition, and taking a leading role in expanding the client portfolio. Market Alignment: Ensuring precise coordination of all business processes and documentation with both domestic and international Insurance/Reinsurance Companies. This role requires a proactive, results-oriented professional dedicated to delivering exceptional value and fostering long-term relationships. About YouThe ideal candidate will possess:Bachelor of Science or Arts degree in Engineering, Business Administration or EconomicsA minimum of 5 years of Non-Life Insurance experience. Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and verbalStrong negotiation and communication skillsKnowledge of MS Office applicationsHardworking, accurate, result-oriented team playerNo travel restrictionMust have fulfilled their military service obligation (if applicable under Turkish law)
