The individual focuses on assigned functional services in the Global Custody disciplines. S/he will manage day to day activities for assigned client relationships and perform oversight of product offerings to support high client satisfaction.Main Duties Of The Account TeamManage account opening and maintenance requests for Japan-domiciled investment trusts and pension funds by using various internal applications and collaborating with global operations teams.Respond to a wide range of client inquiries related to their accounts and market-specific practices and requirements.Maintain a database of client information and other required documents.Contribute to various internal and external projects related to, but not limited to, account opening and maintenance.Take initiative and contribute to the team’s business transformation efforts to increase efficiency and improve processes by leveraging available applications.Serve as the main point of contact for external counterparties, primarily Japanese trust banks.RequirementsBA/BS degree1 to 3 years of financial industry experience (client servicing focused environment is preferred)Strong verbal and written communication skills both in Japanese and EnglishStrong attention to detailsAbility to prioritize and quickly resolve client needsAbility to work in a collaborative environmentAbility to build and maintain internal and external client relationshipsAbility to learn and adapt to new technologies and systemsFund services knowledge is preferredComprehensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office ProductsWe value diverse experiences.
