If you're dedicated to delighting customers and promoting growth and innovation - we want you on our team!The RoleAs a Senior Vendor Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences by guiding vendors through the successful adoption and ongoing use of Paymode services. You'll act as a strategic advisor, deeply understanding each customer's business goals and aligning Paymode's capabilities to help them achieve measurable outcomes.

Your mission is to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and retention by proactively engaging with vendors, resolving inquiries, and identifying opportunities to expand their use of the Paymode network. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams—including Vendor Sales, Payer Account Managers, Product, and Member Services—to deliver a seamless and value-driven customer journey. How You'll Make an Impact: Own a portfolio of high-value vendor relationships, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. Build trusted partnerships by understanding customer goals and aligning Paymode solutions to meet their evolving needs. Drive engagement and adoption of Paymode features to maximize customer value and satisfaction.

Lead strategic business reviews to demonstrate ROI, reinforce value, and identify expansion opportunities. Monitor customer health and proactively address risks with tailored mitigation strategies. Serve as a customer advocate, resolving issues with empathy and clarity while educating vendors on the full value of their membership. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a unified and responsive customer experience. Present product enhancements and new features that align with customer goals and drive deeper engagement. Identify and pursue upsell opportunities, expanding vendor participation in the Paymode network. Continuously improve internal processes by sharing insights, feedback, and best practices.

If you have the attributes, skills, and experience listed below, we want to hear from you: Proven success in Customer Success or Account Management, ideally in a revenue-carrying role supporting enterprise clients. 5–10 years of experience, preferably in FinTech with a strong grasp of the payments ecosystem and competitive landscape. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Customer-first mindset, with a genuine passion for helping clients succeed and a high level of empathy and patience.

Analytical thinking, with the ability to surface insights and trends that inform strategy and decision-making. Proactive and self-motivated, with a drive to exceed expectations and contribute to team success. Comfortable presenting to executives, tailoring messaging to diverse audiences. Experience with CRM tools, leveraging data to manage relationships and report on customer success metrics.
