In this role, the main focus is to provide strategic support across a variety of client industries, focusing on the commercial, legal, and contractual aspects.Daily challengesReviewing and amending legal/commercial documents, SOWs, MSAsLiaise with representatives from DXC business and act as a trusted advisor to the account/s and clientsIdentifying key risks and mitigationsLeading complex negotiations and deals from legal perspectiveResponsible for offering improvements in the existing processesTraining junior employeesEXperience And Skills RequiredBachelor's degree in LawAt least 5-7 years of relevant experience in Contract lawExperience with IT contractsFluent in EnglishAdaptive and with attention to detailsAbility to manage multiple priorities and work independentlyCompany BenefitsAt DXC Technology, we don’t just offer jobs - we build careers.
