In this highly collaborative role, you'll provide financial insights and guidance to inform key decisions that improve profitability and drives value creation.You Will Be Responsible ForServe as a trusted financial strategic advisor to the Commercial and Medical Affairs leadership teamConduct in-depth financial analysis and modeling to monitor performance, deeply understand the business, identify trends and risks, and recommend actions to drive business outcomesPartner cross-functionally to develop strategies balancing revenue, competitiveness and patient accessEnsure accurate, timely financial reporting in compliance with internal controlsLead the annual business planning process, including developing financial plans, budgets and forecasts aligned with goalsDevelop compelling business cases to evaluate new opportunities, product launches and initiatives. Support investment decisions and resource prioritization.Manage the marketing controlling team, providing guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities to enhance team capabilities.Prepare and frame financial analyses for senior management reviews.
