Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Commercial Manager (B&R) to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving commercial strategy and managing high-value contracts related to the Belt and Road initiative and other international infrastructure projects. Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with organizational goals and the B&R initiative Lead contract negotiations with clients, partners, and suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions Analyze financial data and market trends to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization Manage complex infrastructure projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence Drive business development initiatives to expand our presence in the B&R ecosystem Assess and mitigate commercial risks associated with large-scale international projects Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, investors, and industry partners Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on commercial matters related to the B&R initiative Oversee a team of commercial professionals, fostering their growth and development Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant master's degree preferred Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial management, with a focus on international infrastructure projects Proven track record in developing and implementing successful commercial strategies Strong expertise in contract negotiation, financial analysis, and risk management Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously In-depth knowledge of the Belt and Road initiative and its economic implications Demonstrated experience in business development within an international context Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; knowledge of Arabic or Mandarin is a plus Willingness to travel internationally as required for project management and business development Additional Information About AECOM AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
