As a Senior Commercial & Property Credit Manager, you challenge the status quo of traditional credit decisioning by bringing sound judgment, commercial pragmatism and a deep understanding of risk to every decision. Where your expertise mattersAt Kiwibank, we will help you build on your strengths and develop new skills, but in the meantime, we would love to hear from you if you have some of the following skills and experience:Proven experience in senior credit or lending roles within commercial bankingIn-depth knowledge of commercial cashflow lending, property finance and asset financeConfident in making high value, judgment based credit decisions aligned to risk appetiteStrong numerical, analytical and financial analysis skills, with a sound understanding of accounting principlesExperienced in coaching, influencing and building trusted relationships with lenders and stakeholdersWell developed understanding of credit policy, legislative requirements and risk management practicesYou do not need to tick every box here to be considered!
