Senior Commissioning Manager - Data Centre

Senior Commissioning Manager | Electrical bias | Initial 6 month with extensions We’re looking for an experienced Senior Commissioning Manager to take ownership of commissioning activities on complex data centre project in Vienna. This role has an Electrical bias and you must have previous experience in leading a Data Centre Commissioning project.This role offers a Monday to Friday work pattern and would favour someone who lives locally or has quick access to Vienna. What you’ll be doingLeading the planning, execution, and documentation of commissioning activities.Managing commissioning schedules, method statements, and test scripts.Coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and commissioning agents on-site.Witnessing and signing off functional and integrated systems testing (IST).Ensuring compliance with client specifications, industry standards, and safety protocols.Providing technical input and problem-solving support during delivery.Working closely with design, construction, and operations teams to ensure smooth handover.Preparing and presenting detailed commissioning reports and progress updates.What we’re looking forProven track record as a Commissioning Manager within data centres and critical environments.Strong expertise in electrical systems – HV/LV distribution, UPS, generators, switchgear, and protection systems.Knowledge of mechanical systems and controls integration in a data centre environment (desirable).Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.We can offer an immediate interview and onboarding before the end of the year, get in touch to discuss all-in rates.
