Job Description

The Senior Compensation & Benefits Analyst will be responsible for the development, implementation, and day-to-day management of compensation programs and processes across ICL companies in Israel.This role includes a wide range of responsibilities, such as:Managing, planning, and monitoring the annual compensation cycle, including salary adjustments, merit, and short-term incentives.Partnering in the creation of compensation models and processes.Participating in surveys and reports (e.g., CEB, Bloomberg, ESG, Equal Pay.)Building and maintaining internal salary ranges.Managing databases, conducts salary reviews and performs labor cost analyses.Supporting and advising on collective labor agreements, including economic evaluations.RequirementsBachelor's degree in economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field – mandatory.Minimum of 7 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits and/or Labor Economics in a global company, including at least 2 years in an advanced analytical role.Proven experience in designing and/or implementing compensation processes.Experience supporting complex collective labor agreements.High proficiency in Excel and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) – mandatory.Experience working with payroll and HRIS systems (e.g.,Hilan, SAP, SuccessFactors).Fluent in Hebrew and English (spoken and written).Location: Tel-Aviv
