Senior Compliance Lead

Financial Services - Regulatory Compliance - Vietnamese mandatory - Individual Contributor Our client, an international financial group, is looking for an experience professional in Regulatory Compliance in HCMC, Vietnam What you will do:Support the Compliance Director in developing and maintaining an effective compliance framework.Assist in identifying, assessing, and mitigating compliance risks, particularly in high-risk areas.Draft, review, and update internal policies and procedures to align with regulatory requirements.Coordinate compliance training and awareness programs for employees.Conduct monitoring and control activities to ensure adherence to internal standards.Act as a point of contact for internal compliance queries and support communication with relevant external stakeholders when required.Contribute to the preparation of compliance reports and management updates.Participate in investigations and reviews of potential breaches or irregularities.
