Professional skills-Fluency in English, both written and spoken-Excellent communication & organizational skills-Able to work in a small team-Excellent sense of initiative, creativity and ability to work independently-Entrepreneurial spirit, collaborative, polyvalent, proactivity-Good judgment, enthusiasm and willingness to learn-Flexible, open minded, willing to propose solutions and developments adapted to the size and specificities of our business.Experience-8-10 years-experience in the Funds Industry, preferably within a compliance, audit, depositary bank or legal environment-Comprehensive knowledge of the Luxembourg Funds Industry regulatory framework-Sound knowledge of the fund management value chain-Knowledge of funds operational and operational risks-Knowledge of private equity funds-Experience in managing senior stakeholders' expectations.Qualifications-University background-A Master degree in Law, Finance or Financial ServicesKey competencies-Good knowledge of regulations applicable to Luxembourg management companies (e.g. governance, AML, investor protection, rules of conduct, …)-Good knowledge of domestic and European laws / directives (AIFMD/ EMIR)-Good knowledge of excel and macros is a plus
