The OpportunityOur client is a leading AI-powered Legal Management and E-Billing software as a service application based in Dublin, Ireland. They are seeking a dynamic, collaborative and commercially minded Senior Compliance Specialist to join the legal & compliance team. Reporting to the Director of Compliance, the Senior Compliance Specialist will support the business across a broad range of areas.Fully flexible work location and work patterns so you can balance life at home with life at work - come to the office, work at home or enjoy a blend of both at your discretion.What You Will Be DoingLead the coordination of our annual IT security certification (ISO27001, SOC 2 and SOC 1 Type 2, HIPAA and ISO42001) programme and audits;Supporting our customer technical due diligence processes (triaging and managing information security and compliance diligence responses);Collaborating with our Go-to-Market team to support on customer information security and diligence requests;Support compliance of our internal security controls, including steering calls with stakeholders from teams across the business.Skills & ExperienceTo be successful in the role, you need:Implementation experience with relevant standards e.g. SOC 1, SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO42001, HIPAA (NIST, PCI DSS is also relevant)Experience coordinating and project managing Security and Privacy Compliance projects and initiativesAbility to engage and collaborate independently with stakeholdersExperience in AI and data protection regulation, privacy and security issuesContact Megan Shannon for more details megan@shannonlegal.ie or register your interest by applying to this job posting.
