Senior Construction Project Manager

To support our expansion in Portugal, we are looking for a:Senior Project Manager (m/f/x)Supervise whole construction process and quality of the works.Coordinate contractors and suppliers involved in the construction process.Represent company in all matters related to technical and organizational issues arising from day-to-day activities of the workRegularly report the progress and status of the works to the higher managementIdentify/manage issues/risks arising during the project implementationManage resources and direct project to the full completionBe responsible for decision making onsiteCooperate and communicate with internal and external project stakeholdersCome up with ideas and options to project issues/challengesManage budgets in terms of estimating forecastsEvaluate and ensure the technical parts of projects development in compliance with technical standards and policiesReview of the execution design throughout the whole construction process in line of technical standards and proof practical complianceLead construction meetings on siteCosts estimate map preparation and update.Project costs - tendering skillsExperience in procurement and award of worksOur requirements:Higher Education of Civil Engineering and previous experience in construction managementPrevious experience in a similar function within logistics real estate will be positively appreciatedValid Building Trade Certificate in construction managementAdditional Construction Certificates and BREEAM knowledge will be considered as an advantage.Good knowledge of construction management software: design, budget, time scheduling, etcStrong organizational and leadership skillsAbility to align with cross-functional team members and stakeholdersCommunication and analytical skillsAbility to switch between more projects at the same timeVery good written and spoken English language knowledgePossibility to go on business trips in PortugalDriving licenceWhat we offer:Competitive salary and social guaranteesBonus system if targets are reachedInternational environmentInteresting and dynamic workFriendly and professional teamShould you find yourself in our job description we are looking forward to receive your application letter.
