You will operate under the oversight of a senior team who will focus on coaching and development. Your responsibilities may include, being part of a team thatFormulates business strategies and advising on business and operating models to enable growth and build organizational resilienceAdvises on major government policy reforms and evaluating government programsDeveloping business cases for major infrastructure and technology investmentsManages transformation programs and projectsDelivers high-quality, forward-thinking, and innovative solutions for a range of clientsSustains long-term relationships with our clients, founded on integrity and trust How you are Extraordinary?Through your work experience and knowledge in consulting, you have acquired some of the following skills and capabilitiesA strategic thinker with an ability to formulate strategic options to complex problemsAn understanding of how organisations can structure their operations to build resilience and drive continuous improvementSound commercial acumen and an understanding of financial implications decisionsDemonstrated ability to apply systems thinking and analysis techniques to complex problemsHighly developed written and verbal communication skillsStrong organisational skills and an understanding of project management principlesEnjoy complexity and ambiguity and bringing innovative ideas to deliver quality outcomesAn appreciation for digital technology strategies and the role technology in enhancing customer experience.
