To help businesses—from local SMEs to global enterprises—unlock their full potential through innovative strategies, data-driven insights, and hands-on execution.We’re now looking for an Enterprise Account Manager / Key Account Manager to step into a consultative, fractional Head of Marketing / CMO role for our enterprise clients. You won’t just manage accounts, you’ll help shape marketing strategy at the highest level, working directly with business owners and C-level leaders to turn their vision into results.What You’ll DoAs the strategic partner and primary point of contact, you’ll deeply understand each client’s goals and challenges, and turn those into actionable full-funnel marketing strategies.Your key responsibilities will include:Client Strategy & ConsultationOperate as a strategic advisor and fractional Head of Marketing / CMO to enterprise clients.Lead discovery sessions with business owners and executive teams to understand their organizational goals and marketing Challenges.Translate business objectives into full-funnel marketing strategies (awareness, acquisition, retention, etc.).Present strategic recommendations and insights backed by data to C-level stakeholders.Project & Relationship ManagementOwn day-to-day client relationships, ensuring consistent communication, alignment, and value delivery.Bridge communication between clients and internal teams (creative, media, content, data/analytics).Manage and oversee timelines, deliverables, and scope across multiple projects simultaneously.Monitor and report campaign performance and proactively recommend optimizations.Team CollaborationWork closely with internal marketing specialists, project managers, and creatives to ensure strategic consistency and executional excellence.Facilitate effective communication and accountability across cross-functional teams.Business Acumen & Problem SolvingUnderstand the client’s broader business context to prioritize marketing initiatives strategically.Identify opportunities for growth, innovation, efficiency, and ROI improvement.Help clients prioritize initiatives based on impact, budget, and timelines.What You’ll Bring4+ years in account management, marketing consultancy, or as a fractional CMO.Proven project management and multitasking skills, experienced in leading or coordinating cross-functional teams toward the big vision.Experience working directly with senior executives or enterprise-level clients.Deep understanding of digital and traditional marketing across the full funnel (brand, performance, lifecycle, etc.).Strong business acumen and ability to communicate with and influence business decision-makers.Excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian.Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate metrics into actionable strategies.Able to work Full-WFO at our office, from Monday-Friday.Bonus Points for:Background in B2B marketing or agency-side account management.Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools.Knowledge of GTM strategy, branding, and sales enablement.What Success Looks LikeClients view you as a trusted strategic partner, not just an executor.Internal teams are always aligned and motivated, with projects delivered on time and within scope.Marketing initiatives generate measurable impact aligned with client goals.You proactively identify opportunities and solve problems before they become issues.Why Join Us?We’re not just looking for someone who checks all the boxes for this role, we’re looking for a partner in our journey of growth.
