Potential topics include:Benchmarking projects at both the executive level and across the broader workforceDesigning compensation plans, incentive structures for different stakeholders, and reward policiesDeveloping and implementing job grading and job architecture frameworksConducting remuneration surveys and analyzing remuneration dataAssist in project planning, data analysis, report writing, and the development of presentation materialsWork with key project leaders to manage and maintain client relationshipsCollaborate effectively with other workforce advisory colleagues, as well as service lines and colleagues across EY globallyYour Key ResponsibilitiesA university degree in Economics or Finance, with a solid understanding of HR topics3-5 years of experience in corporate HR, Compensation & Benefits, and/or HR Consulting ideally, in HR topics and people consulting, such as conducting remuneration surveys, supporting the day-to-day management of a company’s remuneration offering, and knowledge about market trends in the field of rewards and key drivers, with an HR generalist backgroundQualitative and quantitative data analysis skills, along with the ability to create effective data presentationsAbility to analyze complex problems and deliver insightful, practical, and sustainable solutions with a pragmatic and adaptable approachA team player mentality with the ability to integrate with new teams quicklyExcellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German, with experience in producing high-quality reports, papers, and presentationsWhat We Offer YouAt EY, we’ll develop you with future-focused skills and equip you with world-class experiences.
