Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in the Geneva Metropolitan Area for an Independent Consultant specializing in Change Management and Personal Growth. The role involves delivering tailored consulting services, analyzing organizational challenges, and designing strategies for leadership and personal development. Day-to-day activities include conducting workshops, advising clients on transformation initiatives, and providing actionable insights to streamline operations and drive sustainable growth. Qualifications Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate complex scenarios and develop effective solutions.Proficiency in management consulting and experience in advising clients on business transformations.Expertise in consulting and strategy development for leadership and personal growth initiatives.Knowledge of finance and its application to organizational improvement and strategic planning.Experience with business processes, including optimization and workflow improvements.Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders.A degree in Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
