You’ll collaborate with sales and consulting leaders, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure seamless delivery of tailored solutions that exceed client expectations.💼 What You’ll DoLead end-to-end delivery of global HR consulting projects.Partner with internal teams to scope, plan, and execute tailored client solutions.Manage project governance, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications.Drive quality assurance, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.Mentor and guide Project Managers and Coordinators to achieve project success.✅ What You Bring6–8 years of project/account management experience, ideally in HR or business consulting.Proven success managing large, complex, multi-workstream projects.Strong financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and margin management.Advanced proficiency in MS Office; experience with Smartsheet, MS Project, or SAP is a plus.PMP or equivalent certification (preferred).A consultative mindset, strategic perspective, and the ability to influence at all levels.🎓 EducationBachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (or equivalent experience) is highly preferred.🌟 What Sets You ApartYou’re detail-oriented but never lose sight of the big picture.You’re a natural relationship builder who thrives in diverse, global teams.You balance creativity with process, and client-centricity with operational efficiency.You’re comfortable giving and receiving feedback in a high-performance culture.🔗 Ready to Make an Impact?Join Korn Ferry and help shape the future of work.
