A newly conceptualized Digital Eco System is comprised of a set of capabilities including an online shop & website, linking online & offline, customization & personalization, engagement & membership, digital products & services. To manage 1-2 managed delivery projectsRequired skills:6+ years of experience working in consulting or outsourcing account/delivery managementExperience in managing an organization of 35+ people4+ years of project management experienceExperience in staffing, project scheduling, risk and change management, effort estimating, software engineering practices, and improving team velocityStrong understanding of SDLC and methodologiesAbility to establish solid working relationships with clientsExcellent communication, presentation, and planning skills are necessaryExceptional organizational, leadership, and stakeholder management skills Self-motivated, multitasking, result-oriented a quick thinker-doerAdvanced level of writing and verbal EnglishResponsibilities:Program Management. Managing a set of Projects which are linked to one another, in a sequential manner to attain the combined benefit. Including but not limited to managing inter-dependencies between projects, ensuring resource capacity and availability, and achieving program-level goals. Sales, Marketing & Account Management: Conducting Presale. Leading pre-sales execution from the delivery side and in close cooperation with Sales & Marketing, Account Management Account Management. Managing client relationships and proactively working on up- and cross-sales with the Account Manager (if assigned) or individually (for clients w/o the Account Manager assigned). Contract Management. Designing and negotiating SoW with clients according to MSA conditions. Organization, Operations & Performance Management: Supervising New Engagement Onboarding. Close work with a dedicated Project Manager, Account Manager, and Presales team aimed at smooth onboarding of new Engagement into the company. Delivery Unit Performance Management. Making sure that the portfolio of projects within a given unit performs according to the company expectations (KPIs): CSAT, Revenue, margin (GM, CM), E-RETs, and employee attrition. Delivery Unit Financial Management (includes Budget Management). Planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and forecasting the financial performance including utilization of funds of the Delivery Unit. Delivery Unit Risk Management. Defining and managing risks of a Unit. Monitoring the risks of the Projects that belong to the Delivery Unit. Delivery Unit Resource and Operations Management. Ensuring there's everything that is required for the Delivery Unit to operate and deliver value to the client within each project. Talent Management: Staffing Talents. Hiring talents into one's organization using internal and external channels based on project staffing plan. Being an escalation point in case of any difficulties in staffing. Onboarding Talents. Ensures the onboarding process quality and that external and internally hired employees are onboarded into the project in the most effective and efficient way. Developing Talents. Ensuring all the team members have their talents developed in the most effective and efficient way, is mutually beneficial for both the employee and the company. Managing Talents Compensation. Effectively implementing employee compensation management according to the company policies. Motivating & Retaining Talents. Working closely with employee satisfaction and retention indicators, as well as handling employee performance issues. Releasing Talents. Releasing employees once the need in the project is reduced (in case of budget cuts, end of assignment, client request), or in case of forced rotation due to business needs, or low performance.
