This role combines technical expertise with strong consulting skills to manage digital marketing technology implementations, lead client engagements, and scope larger service projects. The ideal candidate is confident under pressure, excels in problem-solving, and can articulate innovative solutions using Acoustic's technology stack. You'll collaborate with project managers, mentor peers, and ensure all deliverables exceed client expectations.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Core ResponsibilitiesServe as a thought leader by leveraging strategic marketing expertise to define best practices and deliver high-impact content, such as presentations, webinars, reports, and business cases, to stakeholders across all levels, including the C-suiteProvide consultative advice to improve customers' digital marketing campaigns and streamline operationsOffer expert guidance on marketing campaign best practices and Acoustic Connect product utilizationDeliver high-quality, strategic consulting engagements around Acoustic Connect in diverse customer environmentsServe as a thought leader by leveraging strategic marketing expertise to define best practices and deliver high-impact content, such as presentations, webinars, reports, and business cases, to stakeholders across all levels, including the C-suiteScope and lead both packaged services and custom consulting engagements simultaneouslyCreate reusable materials and templates for internal and external useRepresent Acoustic at industry events, both in-person and onlineProject & Customer ManagementOversee strategic program delivery by aligning project initiatives with business goals, ensuring stakeholder engagement, and driving measurable outcomes across complex, multi-phase engagementsLead troubleshooting and resolution of product issues, including problem identification, solution planning, and customer updatesProvide consistent deliverability reviews, guidance, and support via scheduled and ad-hoc customer callsEnsure project alignment with Acoustic Connect Services standards and processesBusiness DevelopmentCollaborate with Sales on new and existing opportunities, influencing renegotiations when neededIdentify opportunities for up-selling, cross-selling, and custom solutionsCreate standalone consulting proposals and contribute to formal RFP responsesExpertise & Continuous DevelopmentAchieve basic certification within 30 days and professional certification within 90 days of hireBecome a subject matter expert in at least one Acoustic product, including Acoustic ConnectDevelop a strategic understanding of Acoustic Connect and Services methodologies for customer engagementsContinuously improve consulting practices and internal processes, including service offering developmentPromote knowledge sharing across the Services team, and wider organizationOperational StandardsComply with all people and security policiesMeet billable and customer utilization targets as defined by managementINTERACTION AND TRAVEL: This role involves close collaboration with key departmental and project stakeholders across the organization, requiring strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively at all levels. While the position does not include formal supervisory responsibilities, the Senior Consultant will mentor and support junior team members. The role is hybrid, with a mix of remote work and time spent at Acoustic's London office. Occasional travel may be required but will not exceed 20%.Requirements5+ years of experience in software implementation, technical consulting, or digital marketing within a SaaS or services organization, including 2+ years in a senior roleStrong background in marketing automation, email marketing, analytics, and deliverability strategyExperience with interactive marketing channels (email, SMS, WhatsApp, Push, social, microsites) and social/local applicationsProven examples of thought leadership; in front of prospects, customers, third-parties and internal stakeholdersTechnically proficient in MarTech, with intermediate knowledge of deliverability tools and tacticsExcellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills; able to lead customer conversations and cross-functional teamsCapable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences and applying competitive insights in customer engagementsSkilled in gathering business requirements and translating them into actionable project documentationDemonstrated ability in risk management, scoping, and process improvementComfortable working independently, in ambiguous situations, and across geographically dispersed teamsProven project management skills with strong organization, time management, and strategic thinkingBenefitsDeep Product Expertise: Become a subject matter expert in Acoustic Connect and other marketing technology through hands-on experience and structured certificationsDiverse Project Exposure: Lead and contribute to a variety of customer engagements across industries, from packaged services to custom consultingStrategic Influence: Collaborate directly with C-level stakeholders and other leaders to shape digital marketing strategies and drive business outcomesCross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, project managers, and consultants, building skills across disciplines, geographies and teamsThought Leadership & Mentorship: Represent Acoustic at industry events, contribute to service innovation, and mentor junior team membersProcess Innovation: You'll help refine internal methodologies and service offerings, contributing to the evolution of Acoustic's consulting practiceFluid Career Path: This role presents varied career opportunities, with prior Senior Consultants moving onto roles in Sales, Product, Customer Success and Senior Leadership.
