A global consulting and professional services is expanding their team they are looking for Senior Consultant to Director Level for Change Management & Transformation. This high-impact leadership role will see you partnering with executive stakeholders to design and deliver complex transformation programs across functions such as Finance, HR, IT, and Supply Chain. You will define strategic direction, drive organizational alignment, and ensure sustainable adoption of new processes, systems, and behaviors. This position is ideal for an experienced consultant who excels at leading business transformation, change management, and innovation on a global scale.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with senior executives to shape and execute transformation strategies, ensuring alignment across global and local business units.Lead large-scale change programs, including organization redesign, process improvement, and technology implementation.Oversee stakeholder engagement, communications, and change adoption plans to ensure business readiness.Identify and address capability gaps by developing and delivering training and upskilling initiatives.Provide strategic leadership and coaching to project teams, ensuring delivery excellence and continuous improvement.Required Skills and QualificationsExperience:Minimum of 2 years in consulting experience with a proven record of successful transformation projects.Expertise in organization change, operating model redesign, and business process improvement across multiple industries.Technical Skills:Experience with ERP and cloud-based system implementations such as SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle, ServiceNow, or Salesforce (any of the systems).Strong project governance, financial management, and stakeholder influence skills.Soft Skills:Exceptional leadership and communication abilities, capable of influencing at executive level.Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with a results-driven approach.Proven success in building high-performing teams and mentoring emerging leaders.Language Requirements:Japanese: Fluent/native or minimum Business Level (JLPT N2+).English: Business-level proficiency (for global collaboration).Needs to be comfortable in both the languagesPreferred Skills & QualificationsBackground in global transformation projects with multi-country or regional scope.Familiarity with Agile or hybrid transformation frameworks.Professional certifications such as PMP, PROSCI, or Lean Six Sigma.About the CompanyOur client is a world-renowned professional services and consulting firm, partnering with top global organizations to deliver strategy, transformation, and technology-driven solutions.
