The Senior Consultant will be responsible for designing and developing Dynamics 365 CE/CRM projects, providing strategic advice, conducting requirement analyses, and ensuring successful implementation. The Senior Consultant will work closely with clients in financial industry to understand their business needs and compliance requirements, and deliver high-quality, secure, and compliant solutions.QualificationsDesigns and develops secure, multi-tier SOA-based applications using Microsoft technologies.5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016/365 (Online/On-Premise).Delivered 2–3 full-cycle CRM implementations.Proficient in Dynamics CRM platform, XRM Framework, entity/security models, web servicesStrong .NET and C# development background; experienced with CRM SDK, REST/ODATA, and SOAP endpoints.Skilled in integrating external systems/services into CRM architecture.Collaborates with developers, BAs, architects, and PMs to deliver tailored CRM solutions.Defines and refines CRM implementation standards and tools.Experienced in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Dynamics 365 customization tools.Familiar with ETL tools like SSIS and KingswaySoft (preferred).Provides accurate development estimates and ensures timely delivery.Maintains thorough documentation for maintainability and support.Deep understanding of Dynamics entities and architecture; capable of translating technical concepts for stakeholders.Proven ability to operate in large, distributed IT environments.Strong communication skills—verbal and written.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.Experience in banking/financial sector is a strong asset.
