Job DescriptionSome of what you will do:We’re looking for a Senior Consultant, Organizational & Leadership Development to join our team and drive initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, associate experience, and culture across Staples. They demonstrate exceptional communication, project management, and critical thinking abilities.Specifically, You WillLead and manage Staples’ talent assessment, critical role identification, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.Manage leadership development programs, and partner with HRBPs to support the ongoing development of top talent to prepare them for future leadership roles.Create communication plans, then write and implement effective communications tailored to different audiences across Staples to promote programs.Create executive-level presentations, training guides, communications, and supporting materials related to leadership development, talent reviews, critical roles, and succession planning.Partner with other internal teams to plan and execute effective change management strategies when launching major projects.Lead and facilitate all organizational development and leadership programs, as needed, to ensure high quality execution of the overall O&LD team strategy.Maintain awareness of current trends, strategies and best practices related to organizational effectiveness, associate experience, and culture.
