Senior Consultant Photographer and Videographer

OverviewA compact combined photo and video studio is being established inside a storage facility in Oxford. We require a highly experienced commercial photographer and videographer to design, install, and calibrate the studio and to train a junior creator to manage day-to-day operations.Responsibilities• Design a dual-purpose studio for still photography, vertical short-form video, and live shopping broadcasts• Specify and source all required equipment• Create a complete Media Playbook, including photography templates, video templates, lighting diagrams, editing presets, and workflow standards• Train the junior studio creator to deliver consistent output• Provide optional quarterly quality-control sessionsRequirements• Minimum five years of commercial photography experience• Strong portfolio demonstrating furniture, product, or interior photography• Experience producing video content for social platforms• Excellent knowledge of continuous lighting, DSLR/mirrorless systems, and studio workflow• Proficient in Lightroom and CapCut or Adobe Premiere• Ability to teach and create simple, repeatable systemsCompensation• Day rate: £300–£500 depending on experience• Expected engagement: 3–5 days
