AI Senior Consultant – Financial Services (Frankfurt, Germany)Location: Frankfurt, GermanyEmployment Type: Full-time | HybridWe are seeking an experienced AI Consultant to join a growing consulting team working on innovative Copilot and Sofico Miles projects with leading Financial Services clients, including major Banks across Germany.About the RoleIn this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement AI-powered solutions that transform business operations and enhance decision-making within the Financial Services sector. You’ll work closely with clients to shape AI strategies, deliver tailored Copilot and Sofico Miles solutions, and ensure measurable impact across their organizations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and contribute to client engagements focused on AI, Copilot, and/or Sofico Miles implementations.Translate business requirements into scalable AI-driven solutions for Financial Services customers.Work collaboratively with stakeholders, developers, and data specialists to deliver end-to-end solutions.Support the development of new business opportunities and proposals within the AI consulting domain.Stay up to date with the latest developments in AI, automation, and Financial Services technology.About YouConsulting background with proven experience delivering complex technology or AI projects.Project experience with Copilot and/or Sofico Miles – ideally within Financial Services.Strong understanding of the Banking sector and its operational or digital transformation challenges.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Fluency in English; German language skills are a strong advantage.Why Join Us?You’ll be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking consulting team at the forefront of AI innovation in Financial Services.
