In this role, you will play a key role in delivering high-impact, measurable solutions to complex social challenges.   As a Senior Consultant, Strategy & Solution Design, you will work closely with project teams, senior leaders, and clients to analyze challenges, design strategies, test solutions, and drive implementation efforts. Use both quantitative and qualitative data to inform decisions and identify areas for improvement or innovationClient Engagement & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, supporting senior leaders in aligning with client goals and expectations. Contribute to project materials, and collaborate with clients to understand objectives, and address challengesDeliverable Ownership & Excellence: Lead the development of high-impact deliverables, ensuring they meet and exceed client expectations while upholding Opus Group’s standards of quality and excellence. Drive consistency, clarity, and rigor across all project outputsSolution Development & Implementation Support: Assist in developing tailored strategies and innovative solutions, ensuring alignment with client objectives and end-user needs. Support implementation by analyzing early insights and trends, effective practices and challenges, and collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams for timely delivery  Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead workstreams and small projects, manage project tasks, and mentor junior team members. Collaborate with senior team members to drive project executionContinuous Improvement & Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to refinement of Opus Group’s methodologies, tools, and frameworks to improve client outcomes. Stay current on trends and participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives to foster continuous improvementProfessional Development: Actively seek feedback, participate in training, and contribute to a positive, supportive culture where collaboration, transparency, accountability, respect, and continuous learning are at the forefront   Required Skills and ExperienceWe value skills, experience, and alignment of values. Our selection process focuses on demonstrated abilities, not specific degrees or credentials. To thrive in this role, you will need:A minimum of 3 years of experience in consulting, strategy development, or a related field.
