Senior Consultant – International TransformationLocation: Flexible within Germany (with occasional travel to Frankfurt)Industry: Strategy & ConsultingAbout the RoleJoin a dynamic Strategy & Transformation team for a recently acquired PE-backed Business Services firm, where you will be responsible for driving international transformation initiatives for a global organisation recently acquired by a large-cap PE investor. The team works closely with senior leadership across the fund and business to optimise international operations, enhance performance, and shape the future through strategic commercial and operations projects.What You’ll DoSupport the international transformation program in PMO and analytics areasAct as a sparring partner for department leadership and project managersManage your own workstreams and stakeholder relationshipsConduct quantitative analyses and present actionable insightsDevelop cross-program topics including communication, reporting, and roadmapsEstablish and maintain impact tracking and budget control systemsMentor interns and working studentsRole RequirementsExperience in strategy, management consulting, or in-house consulting (2-4 years)Strong analytical skills and ability to manage complex topicsIndependent, structured working style with excellent communication skillsProficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel)Fluent German and good English skillsWillingness to travel occasionally within Europe
