We design and implement intelligent, data-driven, AI-enabled systems for government institutions, SOEs, and enterprise organizations.We are hiring a Senior Consultative Sales Strategist (Enterprise & Government) with 15–20 years of experience to:Work directly with the Director, General Manager, and NTX leadership teamLead structured, high-quality conversations with senior executives (Directors, Deputy, CIO/CTO, VPs)Diagnose complex organizational, process, and data challengesShape modernization, integration, analytics, and AI-readiness programsNavigate multi-stakeholder environments in government and corporate ecosystemsContribute to strategic, cross-entity initiatives within Penta Sinergi Group.This role carries clear commercial accountability:You are expected to turn complex conversations into winnable deals and visible revenue outcomes in the next 6–12 months, while also building longer-term relationships and opportunities.We’d particularly like to hear from you if you have:Background in management consulting (strategy, digital, public sector, transformation), orSenior experience in enterprise/SOE transformation, data & analytics, AI, ERP, or integration, andA desire to move from “advising” into “building and owning” outcomes with a commercial mandate.If you are energized by:framing and structuring problems,influencing senior-level decisions, andseeing your work convert into real, measurable impact—We welcome professionals from strategy consulting, digital transformation, enterprise architecture, and public-sector modernization backgrounds who are ready to take on a role that is both strategic and commercially accountable.
