Senior Content Moderator

Our client, a leading global technology company, is seeking a Data Labelling Analyst to support their AI content moderation and quality assurance initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates with experience in content review, annotation, and QA who want to work on cutting-edge AI projects in a fast-paced environment.As part of this role, you will be contributing to the training of AI models for content moderation and will be responsible for maintaining high-quality annotation standards, developing test sets, and supporting vendor performance. The position will involve working with potentially sensitive or graphic content, including text, images, and videos.Key Responsibilities:Review and evaluate AI-generated content moderation decisions for accuracy, consistency, and policy compliance.Create and maintain “golden sets” of annotated data to test and calibrate AI and vendor outputs.Collaborate with vendor teams to provide feedback, implement calibration strategies, and monitor performance metrics.Analyze data trends and patterns to inform quality assurance processes and improve AI model performance.Ensure adherence to established guidelines while working in high-volume, fast-paced workflows.Contribute to process improvement initiatives and provide actionable insights to internal stakeholders.Candidate Requirements:4+ years of experience in content moderation, data annotation, quality assurance, or a related field.Strong understanding of content moderation policies, guidelines, and QA processes.Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.Comfortable working with sensitive or graphic content.Experience working in structured, SLA-driven environments and meeting performance targets.Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Nice to Have:Experience with content moderation platforms and AI annotation tools.Proven ability to learn complex guidelines and apply them effectively.Exposure to high-volume, quota-driven workflows.Bilingual or multilingual skills.By applying to this job, your CV will be assessed by a consultant from Recruiters.ie for the position described and your CV may be added to our secure applicant tracking system however your details will never be shared to any other third party without your consent.
