ABOUT THIS JOB:- Join-hand to navigate and develop original content series ideas on video streaming platforms (YouTube, Facebook, OTT,...)- Write and edit scripts, be involved in content production and the post-production process, ensure program progress and quality.- Implement the series' proposal format, build structure and content to suit the audience's entertainment needs.- Research industry-related topics and trends to generate ideas for new content types and formats.- Coordinate with relevant teams during the project production process to ensure script intent is conveyed.Qualifications:- Have 3-4 years of experience in communication and video content development- Have creativity, good writing, interviewing and information-analyzing skills- Interested and experienced in video formats, including longform and short form in all video streaming platforms.- Good at time management to ensure KPIs and content production on schedule- Be sensitive to trends and have good skills in research and hunting informationWhat We Offer:- Competitive salary package- 13th month salary- Annual Performance bonus- Bonus on holidays and special occasions- Team-building, company trips, YEP, Monthly events.- Opportunity to work in a creative, dynamic and young environment with high-growth and exciting mix between trendy digital marketing, media, entertainment and commerce principal business.
