Unified Talent Group has teamed up with a top-tier manufacturing client in Cincinnati, OH, to find a highly organized and detail-driven Senior Contract Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity to work cross-functionally with sales, legal, operations, and leadership teams—helping to ensure legal compliance, streamline contract workflows, and support key licensing and documentation initiatives.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a contracts background, especially within manufacturing, we want to hear from you!🧩 What You’ll DoYou’ll serve as the go-to expert for ensuring proper licensing, contract execution, insurance compliance, lien documentation, and more. This includes:Licensing & ComplianceManage and renew state contractor licenses across all active regions.Monitor and maintain subcontractor and vendor insurance compliance—notifying Sales and Operations of any non-compliance.Research and interpret state-specific compliance regulations to ensure licensing continuity.Contract Review & AdministrationReview, redline, and negotiate sales contracts to ensure clarity and reduce risk.Support the sales team with timely and consistent contract modifications and execution.Collaborate with legal and risk management to safeguard key business terms, including warranties, indemnification, and liability clauses.Manage contract templates, maintain a tracking system, and coordinate contract critical dates.Work with external counsel as needed for advanced legal review and redlining.Project & Documentation SupportPrepare and send Notice of Furnishing letters and manage other lien rights documentation using internal tracking tools.Assist in maintaining and updating Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and subcontractor documentation.Support project closeout processes, change orders, and document control across teams.Cross-Functional CollaborationCoordinate with the Design/Engineering and Finance teams on business licenses and certificates of authority.Assist in compiling information for bond applications, warranty claims, and related project compliance documentation.🧠 What You Bring to the TableBachelor’s degree in paralegal studies, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in contract administration.Paralegal Certification required.Proficiency with Microsoft Word & ExcelStrong organization, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to interpret complex contracts and relay risks.🎁 What’s In It for You?💰 Competitive compensation including base salary + bonus🩺 Full benefits package: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, STD/LTD💼 401(k) with company match📈 Opportunities for growth and career advancement📚 Tuition assistance and training support🕒 Paid Volunteer Time Off – give back to your community!💬 Engaging workplace culture with employee resource groups and team events
