Position Title: Contracts ManagerDepartment: Contracts DepartmentWork Location: Real, Quezon ProvinceWork Schedule: 6x a week onsiteJoin a groundbreaking renewable energy project in Real, Quezon!We’re looking for a Contracts Manager who’s ready to take charge of project contracts and negotiations that drive sustainable progress. If you’re detail-oriented, strategic, and passionate about making an impact — this role is for you.Job Description:Assist in overseeing and administering contracts, ensuring compliance, and minimizing risks.Assist with the preparation of variation orders.Assist the project team in administering contractors in relation to variations in work scope or agreement.Ensure that the change management and variation processes and procedures are always adhered to and are fully compliant.Support contract negotiations, renewals of performance bonds, insurances, and terminations (if necessary).Assist with the preparation and issuance of all contractual letters to the contractor.Prepare contract notices, and monitor contractor performance, including the reporting and status of contractor and owner deliverables.Attend daily, weekly, and monthly progress meetings with the project team and contractors and prepare meeting minutes as necessary.Ensure that the contractors comply with legalrequirements, owner specifications, and government regulations.Assist with the preparation of weekly/monthly progress reports.Provide commercial and administrative support to the project team for all contracts from award until completion.Job Qualifications:Education Requirement:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering preferably, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or a related field.Technical Knowledge, Special Trainings and Work Experience:Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract administration.Strong background in contract and costing management.Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.Strong knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel, Word, Ppt.).Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Sound problem-solving techniques and skills.Knowledgeable in using FIDIC. Willing to relocate to Real, Quezon Province and work 6x a week onsite.
