Join us.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Contracts Manager to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing contracts for our Project Management Consultancy (PMC) projects, ensuring compliance, minimizing risks, and maximizing value for our organization.Lead the development, negotiation, and execution of complex contracts for PMC projectsReview, analyze, and interpret contract terms and conditions to ensure alignment with company policies and objectivesCollaborate with project teams, legal counsel, and stakeholders to address contractual issues and disputesDevelop and implement contract management strategies to mitigate risks and optimize project outcomesMonitor contract performance, ensuring adherence to terms, conditions, and deliverablesConduct regular contract audits and prepare comprehensive reports for senior managementProvide expert advice on contractual matters to project teams and senior leadershipManage a team of contract professionals, providing guidance and mentorshipStay current with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices in contract managementContribute to the continuous improvement of contract management processes and systemsQualificationsBachelors degree in Law, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; Masters degree preferredMinimum of 15 years of experience in contract management, with a focus on PMC projectsStrong knowledge of contract law, commercial terms, and FIDIC contractsProficiency in contract management software and toolsExcellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skillsProven analytical and problem-solving abilitiesDemonstrated project management skills and experienceProfessional certifications such as CCM (Certified Contract Manager) or CCCM (Certified Commercial Contract Manager) are highly desirableExperience working in the Middle East region is preferredIn-depth knowledge of the construction industry and international contract lawAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environmentStrong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring teamsAdditional InformationAbout AECOMAECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
